Wood Cut Print

Woodcut, occasionally known as xylography, is a relief printing technique in printmaking. We carve an image into the surface of a block of wood—typically with gouges—leaving the printing parts level with the surface while removing the non-printing parts. Areas that are cut away carry no ink, while characters or images at surface level carry the ink to produce the print. The surface is covered with ink by rolling over the surface with an ink-covered roller (brayer), leaving ink upon the flat surface but not in the non-printing areas.

Box0-Level 2

We are surrounded by gadgets like smart phones and tablets which process and store information with Digital circuits but surprisingly smart phones also contains many analog circuits because the information about physical phenomenon such as sound, light, temperature or blood pressure in the real world is conveyed by analog signals.

For an example Every time you press the capacitive touch screen on your smartphones you change its capacitance a bit which is sensed as an electrical signal and conditioned by an analog circuit to makes it suitable for interfacing with the digital part of the system system where further processing and decision making takes place.

Analog circuit design is an interesting and challenging field and there is no unique solution to a problem.circuit designer needs to understand the tradeoffs and achieve his will learn practical skills such as Filtering and amplification of small signals corrupted by noise, selecting and using an integrated circuits  understanding IC data sheet parameters such as offset, gain, bandwidth etc, decoupling and bypassing.

box0 is a credit card sized device which contains useful analog and digital multi tools such as Data logger, oscilloscope, signal generator and power supply, i2c and spi bus interface will test debug and interface your circuits with with the help of Box0.
